Ronnie Delmonico is the business partner and confidante of Jimmy Reardon. His immigrant father made a name for himself in the 60's running the notorious strip-club, the Chickadee, which Ronnie still runs and co-owns with Jimmy. He is also operations manager for the marijuana arm of the Reardon family. Ebullient, gregarious, and pragmatic, he's closer to Jimmy and his family than his own. Aware of Jimmy's deal to inform to Mary Spalding, Ronnie has become Jimmy's guilty conscience, as he feels discomfited at breaking the ancient code of honor among thieves. Ronnie is certain in his beliefs, with much less moral distress than Reardon. He is often the assured advisor, though his old school philosophy clashes at times with Reardon's growing desire to go legit. An inveterate womanizer, Ronnie may have met his match with Sweet, one of the club dancers.
