Jimmy's endearing younger brother, heroin smuggler and addict, having served time for conspiracy to traffic. Unpredictable with a wild streak, he is well meaning but incompetent, unable to break from the slavery of his addiction. Nonetheless he has unconscious ambitions to rest control of the business from his brother. A lit piece of dynamite, violent and funny.
